Massage

Swedish is great for relaxing tense and tired bodies. An oiled massage of the muscular and soft tissues of the body, utilizing long, flowing kneading strokes.

Shiatsu is a practice that involves the stimulation of acupoints all over the body. This helps to stimulate the functioning of internal organs and balance the body's energy(ki).

Sports Massage is an invigorating experience, utilizing cross fiber work on areas of the body that need extra focus.

Deep Tissue techinques loosen and lengthen deeper layers of muscle by application of trigger points and the use of fingers, fists, elbows and forearms to decrease spasm and break-up adhesions in the muscles.
