The average new construction of a home requires tens of thousands of questions, which leads to making decisions between several trades and specialty designers and contractors, beginning with architectural planning and then costing over the course of a year or more.  Lori Ann has the ability to organize the team, keep a client's vision focused, source the right materials and contractors, all the while making it a fun, joyful experience for the client and everyone involved. We keep everyone in the loop with timely schedules and lead times for decisions.
